These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and our pool-builder matching service (the "Service"). 1. What we are — and what we are not

Jax Pool Builders is an independent information and matching service. We are not a pool builder, contractor, or licensed construction professional. We do not build, design, install, sell, inspect, or repair pools, and we do not supervise or control any pool builder.

Our role is limited to (a) providing general information about pools in the Jacksonville, Florida area, and (b) connecting homeowners who request it with independent, third-party pool builders. Any pool builder you are matched with is an independent business, not our employee, agent, partner, or representative.

2. The information on this Site is general, not professional advice

The content on the Site — including costs, timelines, comparisons, permitting information, and neighborhood guidance — is general information for your convenience. Pool projects vary widely, and prices, rules, permit requirements, and other details change over time and by property. Nothing on the Site is professional construction, engineering, legal, financial, or code advice. Always confirm specifics — including costs, permits, setbacks, flood-zone status, and licensing — with a qualified professional and the relevant local authority before making decisions. We make no warranty that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

3. How matching works

When you submit a "Get Matched" request, you're asking us to connect you with one or more pool builders. You authorize us to share the information you provide with those builders so they can contact you about your project by phone, text, and/or email. (See our [Privacy Policy] for details.)

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with any particular builder, that any builder will contact you, respond, be available, or offer any particular price, or that a project will result. The number and identity of builders we share your information with may vary.

4. We don't endorse or guarantee builders

While we aim to connect you with reputable local builders, we do not verify, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any builder's licensing, insurance, qualifications, workmanship, pricing, timeliness, conduct, or the outcome of any project. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, contracts, or conduct of any builder.

You are responsible for doing your own due diligence before hiring anyone — including verifying licensing and insurance, checking references, reviewing contracts, and confirming pricing. 5. No guarantee of results or outcomes

We make no promises about the results of using the Service. Any decision to hire a builder, the terms you agree to, the quality of work, and the final cost and outcome of any pool project are entirely between you and the builder you choose.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information when you use the Service; use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and your own genuine project inquiry; not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site; and not submit another person's information without their permission.

7. Text messaging (if you opt in)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jax Pool Builders and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Service, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a pool builder.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
