This Privacy Policy explains how Fox Partners LLC ("Jax Pool Builders," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use jaxpoolbuilders.com and jaxpoolquotes.com (the "Site") and our pool-builder matching service (the "Service").

Please read this carefully. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here. A core part of our Service is connecting you with pool builders, which means sharing the information you submit with those builders. If you don't want your information shared with pool builders, do not submit a request through our forms.

1. Who we are

Jax Pool Builders is an independent lead-matching and information service. We are not a pool builder, contractor, or licensed pool construction company, and we do not build, install, service, or repair pools. We connect homeowners with third-party pool builders and may be paid by those builders for connecting them with potential customers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill out a "Get Matched" form or contact us, which may include: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or neighborhood, property details, project type and budget range, timeline, and any other details you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies, for example, Google Analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Match you with pool builders in your area and budget and share your request with them;

• Contact you about your request and provide the Service;

• Send you transactional and, if you opted in, marketing communications;

• Operate, analyze, and improve the Site and Service;

• Prevent fraud and abuse and comply with law.

4. How we share your information

With pool builders.

When you submit a request, we share the information you provide with one or more pool builders so they can contact you about your project by phone, text, and/or email. Those builders are independent third parties. Once we share your information with a builder, that builder's use of your information is governed by the builder's own privacy practices, not this Policy. We do not control how builders contact you or use your information.

With service providers.

We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, our CRM and communications platform, hosting, and analytics providers), who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.

For legal reasons.

We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Jax Pool Builders, our users, or others.

Business transfers.

If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Sale/sharing of information.

Depending on your state, our sharing of your information with pool builders so they can market their services to you may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law. See "Your privacy rights" below for your choices.

Important — text messaging:

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-message consent you give to Jax Pool Builders is used only for our own messages to you about your request.

Note: separately choosing to be connected with builders means those builders receive your contact information — including phone number — to contact you about your project, as described above. Your SMS opt-in status is not what's shared; your requested connection to builders is.

5. Text messaging program

If you opt in, we may send text messages about your request and builder matches. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not remove you from the matching service or from email/phone contact. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and understand usage. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which may collect usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] or [PHONE]. We will respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To opt out of having future submissions shared with builders, simply don't submit a form. To stop our texts, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link.

8. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including retaining consent records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

The Site and Service are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (including builders' sites). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies separately.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
